We offer these beautiful calendar postcards on a month to month basis or as part of a 6 month or 12 month program. Using a monthly program provides you with a strategic marketing advantage. Month after month, we take care of printing and/or mailing postcards that keeps your face and name in front of your clients. This provides you with more time to pursue new business.

If you participate in a 6 or 12 month program, we will charge you a flat $85 fee for all art setup and list setup throughout the program. In addition, if you are mailing into a Farm, we provide you with exclusiveness and a guarantee that the same card will not be mailed into the same area by a competitor of yours.

The postcards come in the extra large size (8.5 x 11) or large size (5.5 x 8.5). The 5.5 x 8.5 will not have the beautiful picture at the top. It has the calendar on one side and the Event Contact Information on the address side. They are printed on our standard postcard stock of 95 # Glossy stock. Depending on where the calendar card is mailed, the 8.5 x 11 size might require tabbing for an additional $.03 each.

We can ship the postcards to you or you can utilize our direct mail services. As long as you have at least 200 postcards to mail, we can mail for you at BULK postal rates, saving you money over 1st Class postal rates. You can email the file you wish us to mail or if it is a farm, just give us the boundries (address, streets, subdivision, zip code, etc.)

We always email you a proof of the postcard for you to review before we print. Turn-around from the time you place your order to postcard proof is dependant on what day of the month your order is placed. As an example, the order is placed on September 10th. The calendar card would be for the following month of October. We would then mail the calendar card out no later then 22nd of the month so your customers will receive before month end.
